Doamayger-D

The Doamaiger D anime will center around Daijirou Kyougoku, the 15th generation owner of the Kyoto sweets shop Amashoudou. One day, Daijirou discovers a giant robot named Doamaiger D in his store's basement. At the same time, enemies called "Mekaijuu" (a combination of the words mecha and kaijuu or monster) appear in Kyoto and begin wreaking havoc.

This retro-style throwback is a romping adventure with a sweet setting! In a traditional Japanese sweets shop in Kyoto works Daijiro Kyogoku, the latest young successor in a long line of sweet shop owners. One day, Daijiro finds a giant robot in the shop’s basement called Doamygar-D. Now, villanous robots are on the loose, and the hero we need is Doamygar-D…a candy-making mech?
